Goldstein Legal Office’s Client success stories:

  • Client was charged with forging a real estate agent’s name on numerous real estate documents. Goldstein Legal Office set the case for a jury trial, after all previous attempts at settling the case were unsuccessful. On the first day of trial, after Goldstein Legal Office convinced the prosecutor that the prosecution faced evidentiary proof problems and witness credibility issues if they continued with the trial, the prosecutor dismissed the case.
  • Client picked up someone else’s laptop in the security line at LAX Airport. Client was non-native speaker. Through the use of surveillance videos and witness statements, Goldstein Legal Office was able to successfully persuade prosecutor that Client had not committed theft.
  • Client was charged with felony vandalism and commercial burglary for allegedly entering a bar & restaurant after business hours and causing damage inside. Client had been drinking heavily at the bar earlier that day. Goldstein Legal Office interviewed many witnesses, and negotiated a “civil compromise” with the bar’s owner. After Goldstein Legal Office discussed the “civil compromise,” extenuating circumstances, and witness statements with the prosecutor, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss all criminal charges against Client.
